Shindig’s Grillin’ Rig needed food truck graphics in Gillette WY. The company, which describes itself as a “mobile food trailer serving burgers, brisket, pulled pork, nachos, and more,” already cultivated a loyal following that is ready to enjoy the tasty food the chefs are serving up. SignBoss technicians were prepared to assist with the project!
Retired BBQ Trailer Gets a New Mission with Graphics
The company bought the used trailer through Anybody’s Autos Magazine. In its past, it was part of a BBQ truck setup that would travel across the United States for competitions. Now, the business owner transformed it to become a local staple in the mobile dining scene and cater events.
SignBoss specialists met with the client to discuss the project’s scope. We started with a logo design that encapsulates the company’s brand message. The client was pleased with the logo’s look and gave us the green light to proceed with the project.
Because the client had already removed the old graphics from the trailer to make things even more budget-friendly, our technicians could prepare its surface. Using premium 3M vinyl, we had produced a two-color cut vinyl application that looked great and was ready for installation.
The Shindig’s Grillin’ Rig trailer now brands and advertises the business. Most importantly, we kept costs under budget, which was a great hit with the client!
Vehicle Wraps or Graphics?
There is a lot of discussion about the ideal mobile marketing product. We have clients who have done very well with full or partial wraps, as well as those that are seeing success with targeted vehicle graphics. As a result, we have found that there is no hard and fast answer, as long as you treat the vehicle you have with a custom graphics product.
Corporate persona. Shindig’s Grillin’ Rig needed to feature the company’s name and logo on the trailer’s sides. It was imperative for building name recognition and brand awareness. Almost all business clients choose to include this aspect in a wrap or graphics product.
Niche explanation. If your name and logo do not readily reveal what field your company is in, it could be valuable to add a niche explanation. This step could take the form of a niche-specific image or the display of a tagline that explains a little more.
Menu of services. In some cases, contractors and service providers like to commission graphics products that include a menu board. Consider doing so when you want to highlight what sets your company apart from the competition.
Contact details. Most clients want to feature contact information. Doing so typically involves the display of a phone number or website address. Some clients also add their social media handles.
